Tiffany Stratton may have just confirmed that a character change is coming — and this time, she’s leaning back into her edge.
After recently returning at the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble and qualifying for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match, Stratton initially talked about feeling refreshed during her time away from WWE. But in a new interview, she made it clear that her on-screen character is about to change.
Speaking on the February 25, 2026 installment of No Contest Wrestling, Stratton was asked directly whether she currently sees herself as a babyface, a heel, or something else entirely. She admitted the answer isn’t black and white: “That’s a really good question. I’m kind of just me.” Stratton then got more honest about how she’s felt over the past year, particularly after her WWE Women’s Championship run.
“And honestly, for the past year, I felt a little stale. After I won the title, there weren’t really any crazy storylines, and I could feel that.”
Rather than blaming creative outright, she framed it as a need to evolve — and that evolution sounds familiar to longtime fans, admitting she’ll be leaning into her heel-ish character again.
“So I want to bring back some spunk. We’re going to lean into a little more heel-ish Tiffany — add a little spice. We’re going to play around with some things, so I’m excited about that.”
Despite portraying more of a heel attitude, Stratton acknowledged something interesting about the crowd reaction.
“But yeah, I’m not really sure why the crowd cheers me when I’m giving off a heel-ish kind of vibe. You know what I mean?”
After months positioned more as a babyface, Stratton appears ready to reintroduce some of the character traits that defined her earlier NXT run and 2024 main roster run. With Elimination Chamber just a couple of days away and momentum building, it looks like “Tiffy Time” may be getting a little more attitude again.
