Thunder Rosa is officially stepping back into the ring for the first time since July 2025—and it’s happening in the United Kingdom.
After months of recovery and her recent confirmation that she’s back training with AEW, Riot Cabaret Pro Wrestling has now announced that Rosa will compete at their April 28, 2026 event.
The bout is a major one. Rosa, the reigning Riot Cabaret Women’s World Champion, will face Legacy Women’s World Champion Alexxis Falcon in a unification match. Riot Cabaret made the announcement public via social media, confirming that Rosa’s return to action is no longer just a comeback—it’s a collision course for championship gold.
“It’s official: after a hiatus from professional wrestling, the Riot Cabaret Women’s World Champion @thunderrosa22 returns in April!” the company posted. “She faces the Legacy Women’s World Champion @alexxisfalcon!”
Rosa has held the Riot Cabaret title since October 2024 but has been absent from in-ring competition due to an undisclosed injury. While she’s recently resumed backstage appearances and training sessions with AEW, this April 28th event will mark her first official match since her injury layoff.
With AEW’s women’s division heating up and Rosa already back on the road with the company, her in-ring return in the UK adds even more momentum to her comeback story—and fans will be watching closely.
