Tessa Blanchard’s injury at Under Siege has been clarified—she suffered a jaw injury after a head collision during her match against Arianna Grace. The injury, initially speculated to be a concussion, has now been confirmed to be related to her jaw, and it led to her missing the subsequent TV tapings.

Sources within TNA Wrestling revealed that during the May 2025 Under Siege pay-per-view, Blanchard and Grace collided heads, causing Blanchard to suffer the jaw injury. Despite the pain, Blanchard continued the match, although the injury appeared to affect her performance in the later stages of the bout.

“Tessa was slated to work the Saturday tapings, but was pulled from in-ring action. A storyline explanation was created during the broadcast to write her off the show.”

Blanchard’s absence from the second night of TNA tapings in Brampton, Ontario, came as a surprise to many, especially given her return to the company in recent months. The severity of the jaw injury was initially unclear, but the decision to hold her off from further competition appears to have been a precautionary move.

Plans for Blanchard’s storyline were also affected by the injury. Originally, she and Robert Stone were set to team up against Arianna Grace and her father, Santino Marella, but those plans have been delayed due to her recovery.

“They were going to do Blanchard & Robert Stone vs. Arianna Grace and her father, Santino Marella.”

While the full extent of Blanchard’s recovery timeline is still unclear, fans are hoping for a swift return to the ring for the talented star. With a jaw injury, it’s important that Blanchard takes the necessary time to heal before resuming in-ring action.
