Tessa Blanchard isn’t shutting down the idea of stepping into a WWE ring, especially with WWE Raw now airing on Netflix and TNA Wrestling’s working relationship with WWE opening new doors. The former TNA World Champion recently made her return to the promotion after five years, but she made it clear that the future holds many possibilities—including WWE.
During an appearance on the DeLoco Podcast, Blanchard was asked about the idea of wrestling “live on Netflix,” referencing WWE’s new global streaming deal. While she remains focused on TNA for now, she didn’t rule out the idea of something bigger down the line.
“Hey, like I said, never say never,” Blanchard stated. “Right now, my main focus is TNA Wrestling, what I can do in the TNA ring. Like I said, that’s kind of where I put everything on pause. So I always said I had unfinished business in the wrestling business. So to come back and kind of resume where we paused everything, it’s an honor.”
With WWE and TNA working together and talent crossing over, Blanchard knows this is a pivotal time for the business. “All of us being under that TNA umbrella and this WWE partnership, it does nothing but help us. It’s an exciting time to be a part of TNA Wrestling.”
As WWE’s Netflix deal changes the industry, Blanchard could be one of many names to watch. Whether she stays in TNA or makes a move to WWE down the line, she’s keeping her options open.
