The Taz Show Recap – Smackdown Live Analysis, The Amore Factor, Dillinger in Store for a Push? More!

Block 1:

Taz opens today’s show by taking a call from one of his listeners. The caller says he’s a big fan of Bray Wyatt’s release vertical suplex, which he utilized twice in his match against Finn Balor on RAW Monday night. Taz says that’s a tough move to execute, and there is a lot of trust involved in taking that move. He doesn’t know what Wyatt calls that move, but he agrees with the caller in saying it’s visually impressive.

He gets into his analysis of Smackdown Live by talking about the match between Baron Corbin and Tye Dillinger. Taz is starting to think that WWE might be gearing up to push Dillinger, who has been used sparingly thus far since moving to the main roster. Dillinger has a great connectivity with the crowd and can certainly hold his own in the ring, and since he lost via count-out last night, Taz thinks this was WWE’s way of protecting Dillinger.

Taz says WWE was smart in the way they handled Jinder Mahal’s promo this week. Mahal and the announcers hinted at the controversial promos he delivered in previous weeks, and it was almost as if WWE was going to double down on that type of promo. This week’s promo was much less controversial, but Taz liked it all the same.
