Taz welcomes Mike Johnson from PWInsider to the show.
Johnson speaks about the current drama between WWE and Neville. There were incorrect reports circulating last Monday that Neville had walked out of RAW but Johnson says that Neville wasn’t even on the road with WWE. There’s a disconnect between the two parties right now, and Neville is reportedly not happy working within the company.
Neville is reportedly asking for his release from the company because he feels as if he has accomplished everything possible for him within WWE. Additionally, Neville’s been bothered by other recent events such as his match being the only WrestleMania match that wasn’t included on the DVD release, costing him royalty money.
Neville wants to take the same approach as Drew McIntyre who left WWE, went out on his own and made a bigger name for himself. Apparently WWE is doing whatever they can to convince Neville to stay, but Taz points out that WWE is a proud company and they won’t beg talents to stay if they want to leave.
