A listener writes into the show and asks Taz if he thinks Enzo Amore or Renee Young would make a suitable colour commentator for RAW or Smackdown Live. Taz doesn’t think either would be suitable. He says that just because Amore can talk doesn’t mean he’d make a good colour commentator. He adds that Amore’s character would be too much in a commentary role.
As for Young, Taz doesn’t think she’d be suitable because she doesn’t have any in-ring experience. Women such as Lita or Madusa have proven that they can commentate, and they also have the in-ring experience that makes their opinions credible in the colour commentary position.
Another listener calls into the show and asks Taz what he thought about last night’s main event. Taz thought both Nakamura and Randy Orton did a great job in the main event last night, and he thought Nakamura was the right choice to win. He liked Jinder Mahal being shown in the press box because that makes Mahal feel important.
