A listener calls into the show and asks Taz why Superstars such as Baron Corbin and Roman Reigns choose to wear shirts and cover up their good physiques. Taz says that’s a tough question because every Superstar has a unique reason for wearing certain ring gear. Perhaps they wear shirts to promote them, or they might want to be different than all the shirtless performers on the roster.

Another listener calls into the show and says he believes Natalya will defeat Naomi to capture the Smackdown Live Women’s Championship at SummerSlam, only to fall victim to Carmella’s cash-in. Taz says he doesn’t think WWE will do that because that will be heel versus heel, and it’s tough to generate genuine emotion from fans when they don’t have a babyface to cheer for.

A listener calls into the show and asks Taz where he thinks Bobby Roode will land when he arrives on the main roster. Taz pictures him on Smackdown Live, but he admits that big stars like that ultimately land on RAW most of the time. He says that Roode shouldn’t be leaving NXT anytime soon anyways because that brand is very young right now, and they need a reliable veteran like Roode to help bridge the gap to the next star.
