Talk is Jericho Recap w/ Breezango – Origins of Their Name, Southpaw Regional Wrestling, Jericho’s Recent SD Live Appearance, More!

Jericho welcomes Breezango to the show.

Jericho asks Breeze and Fandango about the origins of their ‘Breezango’ name. They inform that they initially wanted to call themselves FaBreeze, but Vince McMahon really loved Breezango so their name came directly from the top of the food chain. They assume that there were trademark issues and that’s why FaBreeze wasn’t allowed.

Jericho asks them who has the stinkiest ring gear in WWE. Fandango says that when he worked for WWE Ryback had some of the worst smelling gear. He says that he loves Ryback, but there’s no denying that his ring gear was never pleasant to be around. Jericho says he loves Mark Henry as well, but Henry had some awful smelling ring gear back in the day.

Fandango informs that he initially took the plunge and began training with Bill DeMott and other WWE hopefuls at night, while working at Applebees during the day for $200 a week. Those were tough times, but he had to give wrestling a legitimate shot because it was his one true passion. He took a job as a cook at Applebees so he could eat for free and save money in that regard.

Breeze trained with Lance Storm and he says that Storm was great because he was always up to date with what WWE wanted from their Superstars and this gave Storm’s students an advantage. Apart from in-ring lessons, Storm gave his students financial and life lessons. Jericho says he considers Storm to be one of, if not the best wrestling trainer in the world.
