Narrated by Rush himself, the video set the tone for their new direction. “You may know our names, but you don’t know who we are.” The message was clear—this isn’t the same team that lost to Private Party in their AEW World Tag Team Championship match last month. They’re coming back stronger, and with a name that embodies exactly what they’re bringing to the ring: Crazy. Ruthless. Unhinged.
Rush doubled down after the reveal, posting on social media: “Call us Crazy. Call us Ruthless. Call us Unhinged. Call us CRU.”
The team has been working together more consistently since splitting from Top Flight, and now with a fresh identity, they’re looking to make an even bigger impact. AEW’s tag division is already stacked, but CRU just made it clear—they’re not here to blend in,
they’re here to take over.
