Survivor Series Notes: Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn, Superstars Being Protected, Six-Man Tag Match

Here are a couple of notes heading into Sunday’s WWE Survivor Series event, courtesy of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter:

* The Shield vs. New Day match will be regular six-man tag match and not an elimination match.

* Triple H, Braun Strowman, John Cena will be protected at Sunday’s Survivor Series event.

* Another match will probably be added to the Kickoff Pre-show, with the first match starting at 6PM ET. The pre-show is two hours long, with a start time of 5PM ET.

* While Jinder Mahal, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn aren’t booked for the show, it is very possible that they are used in some way or another. Meltzer didn’t elaborate any further.
