Stephanie Vaquer’s presentation has always been on point, ever since she made her way to Monday Night Raw earlier this year. This includes her solid entrance theme and now it appears that she fought hard to keep that theme after her main roster call-up.
While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Stephanie Vaquer revealed that when she was called up to WWE Raw, there were plans to change her entrance theme, but she fought hard to keep it.
Vaquer explained that she spoke directly with Shawn Michaels, telling him how much she loved her music and didn’t want it changed. Michaels listened and told her he would see what he could do, allowing her to keep the theme that means so much to her.
“I remember when I went to Raw, they wanted to change my music. But I fought hard. I talked to Shawn Michaels and said, ‘Shawn, please, I love my music. I don’t want it to change.’ Shawn said, ‘Okay, let me see what I can do.’”
Entrance music is a key part of how a wrestler connects with the crowd. By keeping her original theme, Stephanie Vaquer kept her character’s style and stayed true to herself. After all, Vaquer’s theme song goes pretty hard and sets the tone for all of her matches, and fans wouldn’t want it any other way.
