WWE has a lot of rising stars, but none are shooting to the top like Stephanie Vaquer.
WWE Crown Jewel 2025 was quite a night at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. One of the marquee matches saw a new Women’s Crown Jewel Champion crowned.
At WWE Crown Jewel, Raw Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer faced SmackDown Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton in a singles match. The bout was held to determine the WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Champion, bringing both brand champions together for the second match in this new Crown Jewel format’s history. Liv Morgan won last year’s title, but an injury took her out of action this time around.
The Crown Jewel Women’s Championship went down second of the night, right after Roman Reigns lost the opening match in shocking fashion. Then, it was time for Tiffy Time and La Primera to light up the stage.
This match received a big fight feel, thanks to Alicia Taylor’s incredible ring introductions. That being said, both champions received an amazing reception in Perth.
This match was everything that fans wanted to see. There were plenty of near falls, and Stephanie Vaquer also hit the Devil’s Kiss in the process.
Finally, Stephanie Vaquer ended up on the top rope, where she nailed a corkscrew splash to win the match in clean fashion. This was a shocking loss for Tiffy Time, but it also continued Vaquer’s amazing ride in WWE so far in the 15 months since she debuted.
