Stephanie McMahon has publicly praised Bayley for going above and beyond to support the next generation of women in wrestling — personally funding the now-viral Lodestone Women 2025 seminar.
Taking to X on Tuesday, McMahon credited Bayley for creating the opportunity that brought together names like John Cena, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Natalya, and Lyra Valkyria to support aspiring talent.
“Thank YOU for your leadership and sacrifice @itsBayleyWWE! And for helping mentor and grow the next generation of female wrestlers!” McMahon wrote. “@JohnCena showed up, as did everyone else, because of the opportunity YOU created (and mostly paid for out of your own pocket).”
The three-day event in Orlando was held over the weekend and open to non-WWE talent with independent experience. Bayley personally selected the group of participants and covered all costs except travel. John Cena appeared for the final day, which featured a full 10-match card showcasing the attendees.
The name “Lodestone” refers to a naturally magnetic mineral associated with attraction and manifestation — a fitting symbol for what Bayley hopes becomes a recurring platform for growth.
The WWE veteran has expressed interest in launching her own wrestling school after her in-ring career, and Lodestone may be her first major step toward that goal. For now, she remains active on WWE TV — appearing on Monday Night Raw this week to accompany Lyra Valkyria during a match against Roxanne Perez.
