WWE Raw hasn’t even gone live yet — and the opening plans are already out.

According to Cory Hays of Bodyslam.net, the early rundown for the March 2, 2026 episode of Monday Night Raw reveals both the opening segment and the first match of the night.

Per Hays, The Vision is scheduled to open tonight’s show. While details on what that entails remain under wraps, that positioning suggests WWE is kicking off the post–Elimination Chamber episode with a major angle rather than easing into the action.

Hays also reports that the first match on the show is set to be GUNTHER vs. Dragon Lee. That matchup carries immediate WrestleMania 42 implications. Dragon Lee has been stirring tension around GUNTHER in recent weeks, and with reports indicating that GUNTHER’s WrestleMania opponent is still undecided between Rey Mysterio, Oba Femi, and Brock Lesnar, this bout could shift momentum in a big way.

Raw was already loaded heading into the night, with Roman Reigns returning, Liv Morgan set to speak after choosing Stephanie Vaquer for WrestleMania 42, and Dominik Mysterio defending the Intercontinental Championship against Penta. Now, with the opening segment and first match reportedly locked in, the structure of the show is coming into focus.
