The Women’s Royal Rumble Match will officially open the show tonight, setting the stage for an explosive start to the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble.
According to PWInsider, the 30-woman battle will be the first match of the night, meaning fans won’t have to wait long to see who will punch their ticket to WrestleMania 41.
With names like Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Naomi, and IYO SKY already confirmed, the lineup is stacked, and that’s before factoring in the usual mix of surprise entrants, NXT stars, and potential returns.
Opening the show with a Royal Rumble match isn’t new, but it does change the dynamic of the night. Whoever wins the Women’s Rumble will set the tone for the rest of the event, and with WWE’s biggest prize on the line, expect chaos right out of the gate.
The rest of the Royal Rumble card features some massive matches, including Cody Rhodes defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Kevin Owens in a Ladder Match, and the Men’s Royal Rumble Match, which includes stars like CM Punk, John Cena, Seth Rollins, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre.
Now that the Women’s Royal Rumble Match is set to kick off the show, the big question is—who’s walking out with a WrestleMania main event spot?
