Spoiler On NXT Superstar In Big Main Roster Confrontation During December 26 WWE SmackDown

This year has been a banner one for Trick Williams. Trick Willy turned TNA Wrestling into Trick N A, and he’s capping off 2025 with a big confrontation.

The former NXT Champion appeared during the December 26 episode of WWE SmackDown. This was not just any segment, because he stepped right up to the biggest dog in the yard, Cody Rhodes.

Although Cody Rhodes hasn’t wrestled a lot in 2025, but he did show up to work pretty much every week, unless he was filming Street Fighter. So, Trick Williams stepping up to Cody Rhodes on WWE television like this could be a big move for him.

Cody Rhodes just wrestled Oba Femi at Saturday Night’s Main Event, but Drew McIntyre ruined the match. Only time will tell what happens if Trick Willy and Cody Rhodes go toe-to-toe in the ring, because McIntyre is still lurking around, and he has a huge grudge to settle with the American Nightmare.
