Looks like tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown might have a few unexpected guests in the building.
According to a new report from PWInsider, multiple top stars from WWE RAW are backstage at the October 31 edition of SmackDown—just hours before the show goes live from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. Among those spotted are Bayley, LA Knight, Grayson Waller, and Raquel Rodriguez.
Their presence is fueling immediate speculation, especially with Ilja Dragunov set to defend the United States Championship in an open challenge. The “Mad Dragon” has been on a tear since winning the title from Sami Zayn on October 17, and after defending it against Aleister Black last week, fans are now wondering: could one of these RAW superstars be answering the call tonight? Earlier today, Dragunov tweeted out the challenge himself:
“This title is a legacy and the open challenge is my duty. Who wants to step up tonight?”
Whether these names are just visiting or about to make a statement, it adds an extra layer of unpredictability to an already stacked show.
