Brock Lesnar is set to appear on the March 16 episode of WWE Raw in San Antonio, Texas, and new information suggests the company may finally reveal his direction for WrestleMania 42.

Raw was already expected to feature a major appearance from Lesnar after he issued a massive open challenge during the February 23 episode of the show. On that night, Lesnar stood alongside Paul Heyman and invited anyone in the WWE locker room to step up and face The Beast Incarnate at WrestleMania. Now it appears fans may finally learn who that opponent could be.

According to Bodyslam.net, Lesnar is confirmed for tonight’s episode of Raw and WWE is expected to clarify his WrestleMania plans during the show. The report states that discussions about a potential WrestleMania match involving Lesnar have been ongoing for weeks. The report also notes that a possible opponent for Lesnar had already been discussed internally earlier this year.

“Brock Lesnar will be appearing on tonight’s episode of RAW in San Antonio. During Lesnar’s last appearance, he and Paul Heyman threw out a challenge for WrestleMania to anybody who would step up to The Beast Incarnate.”

“Bodyslam reported back in February that there were discussions about Brock Lesnar taking on Oba Femi at WrestleMania.”

Sources believe the situation could finally come into focus tonight.

“Sources indicate to Bodyslam that Lesnar’s WrestleMania direction is expected to be made clear tonight.”

Lesnar’s open challenge has been hanging over WWE programming for several weeks, and many fans have been waiting to see which superstar might step forward to face one of the most dominant competitors in wrestling history on the biggest stage of the year.

If the report proves accurate, tonight’s episode of Raw could provide a major WrestleMania development and potentially set the stage for Lesnar’s next high-profile showdown.
