Spoiler on Major Theft Angle During January 9 WWE SmackDown

WWE SmackDown on January 9, 2026 went down at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany. This was a big show, and it included a fascinating angle.

The Wyatt Sicks have been battling with Solo Sikoa and the MFTs for a while now. In the process, they set up for an epic 8-man tag team match during SmackDown this week.

During the end of the match, Solo Sikoa stole the lantern that Uncle Howdy brings to the ring, just like the one that Bray Wyatt used to carry. He stood at ringside and caused a distraction, which helped the MFT faction pull off the win.

After that, Solo Sikoa kept the lantern. He left with his faction, as they posed at the entrance ramp, and they had the lantern in hand.

The commentary team described it as “spoils of war,” and Solo Sikoa looked very proud of his latest theft. This will, undoubtably, spark a new chapter in their feud, one where the lantern will be up for grabs instead of a title. Needless to say, this stable versus stable war is not finished by a long shot.
