TNA just raised the stakes in a big way heading into Against All Odds.

During the May 24 tapings for the June 5 episode of iMPACT! on AXS TV, Santino Marella hit the ring to announce that he’ll be stepping down as Director of Authority at the upcoming pay-per-view—but he won’t be doing it quietly.

As Santino began his promo, Robert Stone and Victoria Crawford interrupted, leading to a major match being confirmed. The new match is now set: Santino Marella vs. Robert Stone at Against All Odds.

And the stipulation? Brutal and final: The winner becomes TNA’s new Director of Authority—the loser must leave the company entirely.

This makes Against All Odds, set for June 6, 2025, at the Mullett Arena in Tempe, Arizona, one of the most pivotal events of the year. Santino, who has served as TNA’s authority figure since early 2023, could be stepping into the ring for the last time—and possibly walking out of the company for good.
