In a new update from BodySlam.net, it’s been revealed that R-Truth is set to cross paths with Brock Lesnar during the opening segment of the September 12, 2025 episode.

This unexpected face-to-face comes just one week after Lesnar brutally F-5’d John Cena multiple times, sending a loud message before their upcoming clash at Wrestlepalooza. Fans expected The Beast Incarnate to show up again—but few predicted he’d share the spotlight with R-Truth to kick things off.

With this segment opening the show, SmackDown is setting the tone for a night packed with build-up to the Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event. Here’s the full rundown for the evening:
