Jay participated in the Stardom 5STAR Grand Prix 2024, finishing with a respectable 3-3 record, showing off her development in the ring. She then appeared on the September 14th episode of AEW Collision, building hype for her eventual return to in-ring competition.

On September 21, during the AEW Rampage taping for the September 27th episode at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, Anna Jay made her AEW in-ring comeback. She faced off against Robyn Renegade and secured a decisive victory, marking a strong return to action.
