Sonya Deville spent almost a decade in WWE, but many feel she never got the chance to reach her full potential. WWE chose not to renew her contract, leading to her departure. With that said, her first pro wrestling appearance since leaving WWE has been revealed.

WrestleCon took to Twitter and officially announced that Sonya Deville will be making an appearance as part of their Big Event show, which will be taking place from April 17-20 as part of WrestleMania 41 weekend, which will be held in Las Vegas.

Sonya Deville also revealed that she was negotiating a new contract with WWE before they told her they wouldn’t renew her contract. Nevertheless, Deville has clearly moved on from the situation and is looking ahead in her post-WWE journey.

To make matters more interesting, Sonya Deville has also left the door open for a return to the world of MMA, something that she was not really able to explore as much after she joined WWE.
