Solo Sikoa is excellent at getting fans to hate him. That being said, he still likes to have fun sometimes.
The December 19 edition of WWE SmackDown went down at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This was a special night, because they also taped SmackDown for December 26, and we have full spoilers. After everything was said and done, they had a little bit of fun.
Solo Sikoa found himself in the ring with Jey Uso, CM Punk and Cody Rhodes. Then the leader of the MFTs broke character for a bit. They convinced Solo to “run it back,” and then Jey Uso’s music played.
After hearing the Yeet rising anthem pop off, Solo Sikoa jumped up on the turnbuckle and he started hyping up the crowd. This was a big change from his usual persona, and was certainly breaking that character.
Suddenly, just as Solo Sikoa had enough fun, he ate two superkicks from Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso as CM Punk waited to close things out. It seems that Solo’s little babyface turn didn’t last long.
There is an infamous video of a young Solo Sikoa dancing away that went viral. He tried his best to take it down, but it still pops up every now and then, just like Randy Orton’s twerking video. Only time will tell if this video becomes a new favorite for Solo fans to share.
We will keep a close eye on Solo Sikoa in 2026, because he has a ton of potential. Odds are, if he does turn babyface on television, he won’t take a beatdown right away.
What’s your take on this funny video? Do you think that Solo Sikoa would make a good babyface? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
