Skye Blue Left Gushing Blood Within Minutes of AEW Women’s Blood & Guts Match

AEW Dynamite’s Blood & Guts edition kicked off November 12, 2025, with absolute carnage as the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts Match opened the show. Things got brutal fast—and it was Skye Blue who paid the price first.

Within just five minutes, Skye Blue was already pouring blood from her forehead after a nasty cage shot during a wild exchange with Willow Nightingale. The match hadn’t even hit full stride yet when Blue was smashed face-first into the unforgiving steel. From there, things only escalated.

Willow took control early, hammering Blue with forearms and yanking her down by the hair. But once the action spilled between the two rings, it turned ugly. Blue got her face ground into the cage and immediately started bleeding, her entire face quickly covered in red. Despite the crimson mask, she kept going.

Julia Hart was next in, rushing to aid her teammate. Together, Hart and Blue delivered a brutal double powerbomb on Willow. Skye’s blood-soaked face only made the moment more intense, as she continued fighting through the pain and joining Hart in slamming Willow into the turnbuckles.

Harley Cameron followed as the next entrant and came in swinging with a steel chair, laying out Hart and going after Blue again. But by that point, the story had already shifted—Skye Blue was clearly the first victim of Blood & Guts brutality.
