Shiloh Hill’s Fake Tooth Traumatizes Arianna Grace During NXT New Year’s Evil

The January 6 episode of NXT brought New Year’s Evil. The night was full of surprises, especially for Arianna Grace.

Shiloh Hill ended up making his presence known during New Year’s Evil, as he was one of the people who interrupted Ethan Page’s promo. However, Hill was after Stacks and the TNA International Title, as he announced that Stacks will defend the title against the LFG season two winner during the January 13 episode of NXT.

During the chaos that broke out at the end of the segment, Shiloh Hill ended up with Arianna Grace in his arms. As Stacks’ girl looked up at him, Hill’s fake tooth fell out of his mouth and dropped onto her. It actually looked like it may have hit her mouth for a moment, which was horrifying for Santino Marella’s daughter.

This was such a viral moment that they even replayed the moment of Hill’s tooth falling out in slow-motion. Fans certainly appreciated this moment, whether it was planned or not.

Grace was disgusted, and who could blame her? This was certainly a great segment to hype the upcoming TNA International Title match. At this point, you never know what will happen, especially if Shiloh Hill is around.
