The episode, now live on YouTube, featured a full-body routine where Vaquer held her own throughout. At one point, she broke into a quick twerk demonstration and encouraged Sheamus to follow along. What came next wasn’t exactly graceful, but it was unforgettable.

The unexpected dance moment didn’t stop them from grinding through the rest of the routine. By the end, Sheamus looked visibly spent, clearly pushed beyond his usual limit. The video dropped shortly after the Celtic Warrior Workouts crossed the one million subscriber milestone on YouTube—marking a major moment for the series that launched in 2019.

Both Vaquer and Sheamus competed on the June 9, 2025, edition of WWE Raw in their respective King and Queen of the Ring tournament matches. Neither advanced, but this workout segment offered something different from the usual post-match fallout.
