Shane Helms had some really unfortunate news to share today, as he just announced that he suffered a big loss in his family.

Shane Helms took to Twitter and shared an emotional message about the passing of his uncle Ed. He said that while it might sound cliché, people should always remind their loved ones that they love them.

Helms explained that he left the hospital knowing it would probably be the last time he saw his uncle, and later woke up to the news that Ed had passed during the night.

Helms said his uncle was good to him, and he’s glad Ed is now at peace and no longer in pain. The WWE producer was thankful he got to see him and say goodbye, and he ended by saying he loves his family and will miss his uncle.
