It looks like WWE is stacking the deck for WrestlePalooza, and a potential tag team reunion could steal the show.

While only one match has been officially announced so far, PWInsider dropped an update revealing what fans can expect when the Premium Live Event airs live from Indianapolis on ESPN. According to the report, the following matches are internally listed as top matchups for WrestlePalooza on September 20 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse:

  • Cody Rhodes vs. Drew McIntyre
  • Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena
  • Women’s World Championship: IYO SKY (c) vs. Stephanie Vaquer

So far, only IYO SKY vs. Stephanie Vaquer is officially confirmed, but the rest are expected to be finalized soon. That includes what could be a dream tag team showdown—The Usos vs. The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

That match hasn’t been made official yet, but WWE RAW in Paris may have given fans a taste of what’s coming. After Breakker and Reed defeated LA Knight and Jey Uso in the main event, the beatdown didn’t stop with the bell. Knight was thrown across the announce table. Jey was speared and flattened by a tsunami splash. The Vision was standing tall—until Jimmy Uso’s music hit.

Steel chair in hand, Jimmy ran in and cleared the ring, standing tall over his fallen brother. In a powerful emotional exchange, Jey told Jimmy, “I can’t do this without you.” The moment immediately sparked speculation that a full Uso reunion is on the way.

Bryan Alvarez broke it down on Wrestling Observer Radio, saying, “Jey’s telling him, ‘I can’t do this without you.’” Dave Meltzer followed up with, “That’s certainly how I saw it. In a tag team match.”

If the Usos do reunite for WrestlePalooza, it’ll be their first time teaming since their emotional fallout earlier this year. Putting them up against Breakker and Reed, two of the most physically dominant superstars in WWE right now, would add even more firepower to an already stacked card.

WrestlePalooza is shaping up to be one of WWE’s biggest shows of the year—and with it being the company’s first-ever PLE airing on ESPN, they’re pulling no punches.
