Seth Rollins Reveals How Fatherhood Changed His Life and Wrestling Routine

Seth Rollins is a relentless competitor in the WWE ring, but at home, he’s got a whole different job—being a dad.

During a recent interview on the Chicago Bears’ YouTube channel, Rollins opened up about how his life has changed since becoming a father and how he’s managing the demands of wrestling while raising a four-and-a-half-year-old daughter with Becky Lynch.

“I can’t just lay in bed all day. I got to get up and be dad and enjoy that process and be that for her,” Rollins said, reflecting on how fatherhood has reshaped his daily routine.

The Visionary admitted that the way he trains now is vastly different from his earlier years in WWE. “The way I train is just so much different now than the way I did 5, 10 years ago. I’m not falling down nearly as much as I used to,” he shared, emphasizing how he’s prioritizing his health for his daughter.

Rollins also acknowledged how much time management has become crucial now that he’s juggling both his wrestling schedule and family life. “I got a family now. I got a daughter. So, I gotta manage my time a little bit better. I want to feel better at home,” he said, making it clear that being present for his daughter is just as important as being dominant in the ring.

Of course, Rollins isn’t the only star in his household. His wife Becky Lynch is a WWE icon in her own right, and Rollins had no problem giving her the credit she deserves. “Your wife’s a wrestler too. Famous wrestler. So she is the greatest of all time. Becky Lynch, you can’t beat it, man. So yeah, we both gotta be up and at ‘em for a little four-and-a-half-year-old because she runs the house. That’s for sure,” he said, laughing.

Seth Rollins may be The Visionary in WWE, but at home, he’s just a dad trying to keep up with a toddler and a wrestling superstar wife.
