Scorpio Sky Wins AEW TNT Title On Dynamite

Scorpio Sky battled Sammy Guevara in the main event match of AEW Dynamite this week and the two squared off in a brutal and inventive ladder match. There was also a surprising title change.

Guevara and Sky took each other to the limit this week on Dynamite. Tay Conti and Paige VanZant also had plenty of spots. It is evident that they are booking toward a mixed tag team match in that regard.

In the end, Guevara took a bump onto a barbed wire wrapped ladder, appropriate for the Philly setting. Then The Spanish God jumped up to stop Sky only to get knocked back down again.

Scorpio Sky won the match as he pulled down the TNT Title. It seems that they are going to hot potato that belt a bit, so we’ll have to see how long it remains around the former SCU member’s waist.
