Saraya Set to Begin Filming Major Acting Role

Saraya is trading the wrestling ring for a movie set.

During her interview with Women’s Wrestling Talk, the former WWE star revealed that she’s about to start filming a major acting role that she never saw coming.

“I have a role that’s coming up, which is like a big role that I never thought I would get,” Saraya said, keeping the project details under wraps for now. “I can’t talk too much about it, but like I am starting to film it in a couple of days. And like, I’m just really excited.”

For Saraya, this acting opportunity represents a fresh start and a chance to focus solely on herself. “I’m like, ‘Okay, Saraya, what do you want to do today? Let’s go do this.’ Like, I can just go and put all my energy and all my focus and like be busy every single day,” she shared.

Now that she’s single and no longer tied to AEW, Saraya is embracing her newfound freedom. “I can pick up and go wherever I want for like two weeks straight, you know, and just like not have to text anybody. It’s just nice across the board,” she added.

Saraya’s venture into acting could be the beginning of a whole new chapter, and she’s clearly ready to dive in headfirst.
