Saraya has spent the past year away from the ring, enjoying life outside wrestling and focusing on projects like her Rulebreakers podcast. But the questions about a return never stop — from fans, interviewers, and especially the online wrestling community. And now she’s setting the record straight about why she keeps addressing it.

During her conversation with the Toronto Sun, the host pointed out how often fans and media ask if she’ll get back in the ring — particularly for dream matches against old rivals like AJ Lee or Nikki Bella. That constant speculation led directly into Saraya explaining how she handles the nonstop pressure without feeding into the noise. She admitted the questions follow her everywhere, no matter the interview, appearance, or signing.

“I will say, anytime I’m in an interview, I always get asked that. Every person that comes to my table, I always get asked that.”

But online critics twist her answers into something else entirely, and Saraya didn’t hold back on how harsh social media can get.

“But Twitter can be so harsh, because if I talk about it, they’re like, ‘You’re begging for a job.’ I’m like, no — people ask me, and I’m just answering the question. I’m not randomly going, ‘Hey, bring me back.’ No.”

She went on to explain that the only reason she discusses it is because the interest is genuinely there — not because she’s campaigning behind the scenes.

“I’m just getting a lot of love and people and a good reception from this, and people really just want me to come back. And I think that’s incredible. And yeah, maybe. Maybe one day. I don’t know, though.”

Saraya continues to keep the door open, but she’s doing it on her terms — not because of online pressure, not because she’s pushing for a booking, but because fans continue to ask and she’s simply answering honestly. Whether she returns in 2026 or later, it’s clear she’s controlling the narrative, not chasing it.
