Saraya is getting very serious about her wrestling comeback—and now she’s got the footage to prove it.

In a major update posted to her Instagram, the former AEW star shared several videos of herself training inside the ring, officially confirming that she’s taking active steps toward a potential return in 2026. The clips show her working out with independent wrestler Vipress, running through classic wrestling sequences including collar-and-elbow tie-ups, headlocks, transitions, and chain wrestling—looking confident and sharp throughout.

“Thank you @_vipress and @labyrinth5250 for kicking my ass today! Learned so much and got some ring rust off! See you in a few days for some more 🖤 go to patreon.com/saraya to see what else I learned 🥹”

The visual evidence backs up what she previously hinted at on the January 6 episode of her Rule Breakers podcast: that she’s ditching old habits, getting her cardio back, and re-learning the fundamentals with a new mindset. Her training sessions appear focused, technical, and deliberate—suggesting that this isn’t just a passing thought, but a real-life reboot in progress.

Earlier this month, Saraya admitted she’d been reviewing her old tapes, studying ‘80s and ‘90s footage for inspiration, and carefully curating which moves she wants to bring back or evolve—giving focus to originality and respect for move ownership in wrestling. With her latest update, she’s now putting that vision into practice.

Saraya hasn’t confirmed an official date or promotion for her return—but from what we’ve seen, she might not be far off from lacing up the boots once again.
