Saraya isn’t saying a word about the Royal Rumble—but her actions are louder than any promo.

Just four days before WWE’s Royal Rumble 2026, the former Divas Champion posted a second video of herself training in the ring, fueling even more speculation that a return might be on deck. She didn’t tease anything. She didn’t name any event. But the timing of this footage? Way too perfect to ignore.

In the latest video, Saraya is seen locked in a full sparring session—grappling, striking, and running ropes with intensity. This isn’t staged content for Instagram. It’s real work. She’s clearly putting in reps, and it follows a previous post just days earlier where she trained with indie wrestler Vipress and said she was shaking off the ring rust.

All of this comes after she quietly became available for the weekend. Saraya was originally scheduled to appear at Celebrity Comic Con in Nashville on January 31 and February 1—dates that directly conflicted with the Royal Rumble weekend. But that event has since been rescheduled to February 7–8, meaning Saraya is now wide open.

And she’s not the only big name suddenly free. Matt and Jeff Hardy, Trish Stratus, Lita, and Kane are also not locked into any competing appearances this weekend.

Saraya hasn’t wrestled since October 8, 2024, when she last appeared on AEW Dynamite. Since then, she’s kept a low public profile but has been quietly training and tweaking her in-ring style. On her Rule Breakers podcast, she said she’s been working on conditioning, improving her overall health, and rethinking her approach in the ring.

Between the new footage, her cleared schedule, and the timing of everything, it’s no longer just fan speculation. Saraya is clearly preparing for something.

Whether it’s the Rumble or another return entirely, Saraya isn’t just testing the waters—she’s putting in serious work. And if WWE was looking to drop a legit surprise this weekend, she just made herself available in the loudest way possible.

Do you think Saraya is returning at the Rumble, or is she just staying sharp and trolling the fans? Would you want to see her back in a WWE ring this weekend? Sound off in the comments
