Saraya isn’t holding back when it comes to talking about her sex life — and according to her, women just do it better.

While appearing on the Daria and Toni Unwrapped podcast with Sonya Deville and Toni Cassano, the AEW star opened up about her experiences with women and men — and made it clear she’s had more consistently satisfying moments with women. Saraya said it all comes down to natural understanding and comfort.

“Yes, dabbled with women. And you know what? I feel like we're good people. Women know how to touch each other because we know how we like to be touched. That is a fact. Right. So, it's like as much as like, you know, I've obviously been with men that have like been really good, but there's a lot of men that haven't been very good. I say a lot.”

She went on to explain that intimacy with women tends to come without the awkward “figuring each other out” phase.

“Women just know how to just instinctively… they just know how to touch pretty much straight out of the gate. Like women, I've never had a bad experience. It's just like with a guy there's that kind of like feeling out period where you're like, ‘Oh, am I being too much?’ And like, ‘Oh, and insecurity, too.’”

Sonya Deville echoed the sentiment, saying that intimacy with women often feels more emotionally open and immediate. She pointed out that the dynamic is just different — less hesitation, more connection, and way fewer societal judgments.

“There's also like a there's a closeness and like a tenderness with another woman, you know? It's just like with a guy there's that kind of like feeling out period where you're like, ‘Oh, am I being too much?’ Like, you're just like, ‘Oh my god,’ you know, we both fucking want it all the way immediately. There's no bounds. People be like, ‘Oh, you had sex on the first date.’ I'm like, ‘It's a—We're two girls. It's different. Can't get pregnant. You can't get pregnant.’”

The two wrestlers used their platform to have an open and unfiltered discussion about sexuality and comfort, breaking down the idea that intimacy always follows the same rules. Their honest exchange helped normalize these conversations for fans who might still be figuring things out for themselves.
