Samantha Irvin took a shot at Triple H — and she didn’t have to say his name to make it clear.
Irvin, who parted ways with WWE in October 2024, has largely stayed quiet when it comes to company politics. But on February 22, 2026, she jumped into an online exchange that turned into what looked like a pointed reference to The Game
It all started when a fan took to Twitter and talked about Tony Khan appearing briefly on AEW Collision to showcase the CMLL World Title ahead of Claudio Castagnoli vs. Josh Alexander. The user suggested that AEW fans should keep the same energy for Khan as they often do when Triple H appears on WWE programming.
"I hope the sickos keep that same energy they always seem to muster when Triple H appears on screen. #AEWCollision."
This led to a heated response from another fan who defended Khan while criticizing Triple H, going so far as to call the Cerebral Assassin an insecure moron.
"Yes, Tony Khan briefly appearing in the ring without saying a word to showcase a world title in probably his 3rd on screen appearance since 2024 is exactly the same as that insecure moron putting himself front and centre of every single thing imaginable."
That’s when Samantha Irvin entered the chat. Rather than writing a lengthy explanation, Irvin simply quote-tweeted the anti-Triple H tweet and added: “In case you been living under a rock….” Irvin directly referenced the Triple H hype line — “In case you’ve been living under a rock, WWE is on fire right now” — which he frequently used in promotional videos back in 2024.
Irvin has largely stayed out of WWE-related controversies since her departure, making this social media moment stand out even more.
