Ricochet’s controversy just escalated again — and now Samantha Irvin is directly part of the fallout as she deleted her Twitter.
The AEW star’s wife has deactivated her Twitter account after the backlash from Ricochet telling a fan he was “glad” they had multiple sclerosis kept blowing up online. The situation had already gotten ugly fast. Ricochet’s comment went viral, drew heavy criticism, and forced him to walk it back publicly.
“I took out my hatred for the IWC on Sandi, and inadvertently others who are effected by MS. She didnt deserve it and for that, I sincerely apologize. Moving forward I’ll do better.”
But even with that apology, the heat didn’t die down — and now it looks like the fallout has hit close to home, with Irvin stepping off social media entirely. And it may not stop there.
There’s also growing talk that Ricochet could be dealing with serious consequences behind the scenes. Bryan Alvarez didn’t mince words when discussing the situation: “If he’s crossing his fingers, it’s hoping he’s still employed by the end of the week.”
