Fans wondering when they’ll next see Royce Keys again after his impressive Royal Rumble appearance won’t have to wait much longer.

After a lot of speculation following his surprise debut in the 2026 Royal Rumble, WrestleVotes noted during a February 9 Q&A session that Keys is expected to appear on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown in Dallas, Texas. While Keys was backstage for the February 2 episode of Raw, he was not included on the SmackDown runsheet last week—leading some to question the timeline for his next appearance.

“I was surprised we didn't see him last Friday. From what I saw, he was not on any of the sheets at all. He was not included there. We'll see him this Friday night from Dallas, Texas.”

The former Powerhouse Hobbs made his WWE debut at No. 14 in the Royal Rumble match under his new name, Royce Keys, in a dramatic rebrand witnessed by a global audience in Riyadh.

AEW reportedly made a strong push to retain Keys, but he declined, even reaching out to Jim Ross before committing to WWE. Now, with his blue brand status locked in, all eyes are on Royce Keys this Friday in Dallas.

Are you excited to see Royce Keys debut on SmackDown this Friday? What kind of role should WWE carve out for him? Let us know your take in the comments.
