Roxanne Perez’s days in NXT are numbered, and it looks like she’s heading to the WWE main roster sooner rather than later. The 23-year-old prodigy delivered a standout performance in the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble match, and now reports confirm she’s on WWE’s radar for a major call-up.

According to Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp, WWE has been eyeing Perez for a main roster spot since early January, with sources noting that it was just a matter of time. While there’s no official date locked in, her Royal Rumble showing all but cemented that her NXT run is nearing its end.

Perez has already built an impressive resume, holding the NXT Women’s Championship twice, winning the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles, and even holding gold in Ring of Honor as the ROH Women’s World Champion before signing with WWE.

A WWE main roster source mentioned that Perez has been “ready for the main roster from a performance perspective for a long time.” With WrestleMania 41 season in full swing, it’s only a matter of time before she gets the official call.
