Ron Killings is done playing around—and now he’s got the haircut to prove it.
The longtime WWE star, formerly known as R-Truth, shocked fans on Monday Night Raw when he chopped off his signature dreads live on air. It was more than just a style change—it was a statement. Killings declared he’s dropping the comedy act and stepping into a new era under his real name. “I’m going by Ron Killings now,” he told the WWE Universe during Raw. “No more R-Truth. No more games.”
Less than 24 hours later, Killings took to TikTok Live to give fans a closer look at his cleaned-up cut, now fully shaped up after the in-ring scissors moment. “I like this. I think this is more Ron Killings fitting right here,” he said while showing off the new look.
Killings made it clear he’s leaving the fun-loving persona behind for something real. “You see what I’m saying? This is more serious. All of the dreads and the dye and all that – man, get outta here.”
Killings has made a career out of entertaining, but with the Money in the Bank return and this drastic rebrand, it’s clear he’s aiming to be seen in a different light. Whether WWE leans into this shift long-term remains to be seen—but for now, Ron Killings is serious, focused, and not looking back.
