Roman Reigns isn’t just working alongside Jason Momoa on the upcoming Street Fighter movie — he’s already thinking about what Momoa could do inside WWE.
Following their recent interaction tied to the film, Reigns appeared on The Tonight Show on March 27, 2026 and opened up about finally linking up with Momoa in person — and the impression he left. Reigns described the moment they connected after missing each other during filming, making it clear Momoa brought a completely different kind of energy to the situation.
“Oh, he’s the man. Unfortunately, he wasn’t down in Sydney where we were shooting, and when I finally saw him at the awards show that we presented at, you could tell he had the FOMO. Like, he had just been missing out, you know what I mean? And he’s just such a nice dude, a good brother. And he brought this crazy energy — Guinness in hand. Yes! He’s a party, man. Exactly. Once we knocked it out, it was just a good time to hang.”
That alone paints a strong picture — but things got even more interesting when the conversation shifted toward WWE. Reigns was asked directly if Momoa could make it as a WWE Superstar, and instead of dodging the question, he leaned all the way in — even suggesting a future handoff.
“When I’m done, Jason, it’s all yours. Yeah, I think he would be great, to be honest. He’s got obviously all the tools, physically. He has great charisma. If you’ve been around him — yeah — and he’s eccentric, he’s a little bit different. So I think he would fit in good with us, for sure.”
Momoa already checks the boxes WWE looks for — size, presence, personality — and now, with a direct connection to Reigns and Cody Rhodes through Street Fighter, the crossover potential is sitting right there.
Nothing is official, but when someone like Reigns openly says “it’s all yours,” people are going to pay attention. If the opportunity ever comes up, Momoa stepping into WWE wouldn’t feel out of place — it might actually feel inevitable.
Do you think Jason Momoa would actually succeed in WWE, or is this just fun talk between two stars? Drop your thoughts below and let us know.
