Roman Reigns didn’t waste any time reacting after CM Punk successfully retained the World Heavyweight Championship at Elimination Chamber—and his message made it clear that WrestleMania is already on his mind.

Following Punk’s hard-fought victory over Finn Bálor in Chicago on February 28, Reigns took to social media to deliver a pointed warning aimed directly at the reigning champion.

Instead of congratulating Punk, Reigns dismissed both the performance and the atmosphere, signaling that he believes Punk’s time at the top is running out.

“Not sure who looked more tired — the crowd or the champion. Enjoy this final month of relevancy.”

The comment comes at a critical moment, as Reigns is already locked in as Punk’s WrestleMania 42 challenger after winning the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match. With the title still firmly in Punk’s possession, the collision course between the two top stars is now official.

Punk survived a physically demanding match against Bálor, enduring heavy punishment—including being sent through the barricade—before ultimately securing the win with a Go To Sleep to retain the championship in front of his hometown crowd.

Reigns’ response suggests he wasn’t impressed. The Tribal Chief has built his legacy on dominance and psychological warfare, and his latest message appears to be the opening move in what could become one of WWE’s biggest WrestleMania rivalries in recent memory.

Do you think Roman Reigns is getting inside CM Punk’s head already, or will Punk prove him wrong when they finally collide at WrestleMania 42?
