Roman Reigns has played a key role in WWE’s success in recent years, particularly through his involvement with The Bloodline. Over time, many opponents have feuded with The Bloodline, and now Reigns has addressed accusations of sabotage, dismissing them outright.

While speaking to SHAK Wrestling, Roman Reigns was asked whether the opponents The Bloodline faced were in a better position now than if they hadn’t feuded with The Bloodline. Reigns stated that they are still affected by The Bloodline. He explained that they helped people like Sami Zayn, and that Drew McIntyre’s values are still shaped by what Reigns taught him. He remembered a promo where he told them they’d thank him one day, and he believes that was true.

“They’re still affected by us. We wrapped them in layers, just like we did for ourselves and for Sami. The way we helped Sami, we’ve done the same for everybody. Drew’s moral code is still shaped by the things I put him through—the lessons I taught him. I just saw an old promo where I told them, ‘You’re gonna thank me one day,’ and that was the truth.”

Reigns said that while The Bloodline is creative, they keep things real and relatable for the fans. He pointed out that even people like Seth Rollins, who worked with them earlier, benefited from being part of The Bloodline.

“That’s the beauty of what we do. We’re very creative, but we don’t stray too far from reality. We keep continuity and authenticity so people can relate to it. There’s no question that all those guys—Seth, for example—he was running with us in April, and we weaved him into that whole process.”

When it came to Cody Rhodes, Reigns acknowledged him as a great champion, noting that Cody had to be, since he beat Reigns. However, Reigns pointed out that Cody was never more relevant than when he was part of The Bloodline, and that relevance continues to shine even now.

“Look, Cody’s a great champion. He beat me, so he has to be, right? But he was never more relevant than when he was in my circle, on my island. And that continues to show. That’s the beauty of this. Even when they think they’re done with us—or we’re done with them—we’re still pushing everybody and making everyone better.”

Roman also talked about how The Bloodline pushes everyone to improve, even if others think they’re done with them. He said wrestling is a competition, with no behind-the-scenes sabotage. Reigns made it clear that if someone is better, they should prove it by taking the spotlight and showing they’re important to the product.

“This is a competition. There’s no sabotage, no behind-the-scenes b*******. The cream rises to the top. If you’re better than me, then go out there and prove it. Take as much time as you want. Show that you’re a commodity to this product.”

Roman Reigns’ comments reinforce the idea that The Bloodline has played a crucial role in shaping WWE’s talent pool no matter what. Whether it’s elevating opponents or continuing to inspire them long after the feud ends, Reigns believes that the group’s influence is never going to stop and so it makes sense why he would shut down accusations of sabotage.
