Roman Reigns isn’t sugarcoating how he’s feeling ahead of his brutal showdown with Bronson Reed at WWE Crown Jewel. Just days before the Premium Live Event in Australia, the former Undisputed WWE Champion revealed that his body is taking a serious beating—long before the bell even rings.

During an interview with Pat McAfee, Reigns confessed that the demanding travel schedule and constant jet lag have left him completely drained. Despite the fatigue, he’s ready to put everything on the line in what’s now confirmed to be an Australian Street Fight against Reed.

“I feel like crap. My body does not feel good. I was down there [in Australia to film Street Fighter] not too long ago. The flight back and forth has not been nice. I’ve been jet-lagged for, I feel like, four weeks in a row now. So why not just go down there and try to kill myself? It is what it is. We’re going to go head against the wall—Goldberg style—just reckless abandon. You can’t do much worse than I feel now so let’s just go mess it up physically.”

The comments come after the chaotic October 6 edition of WWE RAW, where Bronson Reed challenged Reigns to the match. The segment ended with both men brawling before officials broke it up, setting the tone for what’s expected to be a violent encounter in front of Reed’s home crowd.
