The Rock just reminded everyone why he’s the undisputed king of trash talk — and he did it by dropping a vintage insult right in Travis Kelce’s face.
Appearing on the New Heights podcast with Travis and Jason Kelce, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was asked to name the most savage insult of his legendary WWE career. And rather than name-drop a classic promo, he delivered it live on the show — using the Kansas City Chiefs as his setup. Travis tried to answer with confidence when The Rock asked who was going to win the Super Bowl, “It’s gotta be the Kansas City Chiefs.”
“Gotta be the Kansas City Chiefs. Well, The Rock says, you take your opinion that it’s gotta be the Kansas City Chiefs, you roll that sonofa bitch sideways, and stick it straight up your candy ass.”
The room cracked up, but Rock wasn’t done. He gave fans a little backstory behind how one of his most famous insults came to life.
“That was a crazy insult. I remember those guys in WWE saying, ‘Where did this come from?’ I remember saying, telling somebody to stick something up their ass is an insult, but when you turn it sideways, it’s a whole different thing.”
Classic Rock — clever, ruthless, and always entertaining. Decades after he first made “candy ass” a household phrase, he’s still showing the world that nobody delivers a one-liner quite like him.
