It’s not easy to find your you time and your anchoring time. I get it… But I’m an advocate for that. To find ways to put yourself first and take care of yourself first. Do that more.”

The Rock then shared his own plans to celebrate Mother’s Day, revealing that he was spending the day with his mom and his partner Lauren Hashian. “In honor of Mother’s Day, I’m going to have my mom come over today. We’re going to play Scrabble with Lauren, and it’s just going to be the three of us. And you know what I’m going to do? I’m going to let them win, because that’s how I was raised. I’m a good man,” he joked, before adding, “I’m only kidding. I’m going to beat their ass. I mean, that’s being a good man, right? It’s fair, it’s fair.”
