The Rock made his surprising return at the very end of the Bad Blood Premium Live Event and since then fans have speculated whether he would make another appearance during the RAW Netflix premiere. Interestingly enough, The Rock has now confirmed he will be in Los Angeles ahead of the premiere on January 6, 2025.
The Rock took to his Instagram and announced that he will be a presenter at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, January 5th, held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. “Moana 2” has been nominated for Best Picture.
The Rock voiced the character Maui in the movie and shared how special it is for the film to be nominated. He feels proud that the movie celebrates Polynesian culture and that he played a part in it as both the character Maui and a producer.
“We CHEE HOO’n all night this Sunday 🥂 As always, I’ll have fun presenting, but more importantly – having MOANA 2 nominated for Best Picture is so special and humbling, as it represents this global embrace of our Polynesian culture and people. As the character, “Maui” and producer this is a very cool and special night. We say it loud and proud.”
Although WWE has not officially confirmed The Rock’s appearance at Monday’s Raw on Netflix premiere episode from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, The Great One confirming he will be in Los Angeles more or less points towards that happening.
WrestleVotes also previously reported that The Rock is scheduled to appear on the show. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for The Great One after he appears on the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW, as WWE higher-ups expect him to compete at WrestleMania 41 this year.
