Robert Stone isn’t waiting to win control of TNA to let the roster know what’s coming—he’s already got the pink slips ready.
During an interview on Gabby AF, Stone laid out his brutal plan for TNA should he defeat Santino Marella at Against All Odds, and if you’re not a “superstar,” your days might be numbered.
Stone didn’t sugarcoat anything when asked by Gabby what his first move would be if he became TNA’s Director of Authority. His response? Cut the dead weight—fast.
“Oh, absolutely. I told you straight up. If you don’t look like a superstar, if you don’t act like a superstar, you’re gone. If you’re a loser, you’re gone. If you’re not drawing ratings, you’re gone. If you’re not drawing money or ticket sales, you’re gone. If your merch isn’t selling, you’re gone.”
He then admitted just how deep the cuts would go.
“I mean, that list will cut out 80% of the roster. So, what are you going to do? Unfortunately, it’s going to be me. You know, maybe I’ll keep Eddie Edwards around and like three other guys.”
And he didn’t stop there. When the conversation turned to whether he’d bring in free agents like R-Truth or Carlito, Stone seemed open—but when it came to Arianna Grace, Santino’s own daughter, his tone turned ice cold.
“Well, Ariana’s gone. Well, she won’t be allowed at all. And if I’m in charge, she won’t step foot in a TNA building.”
Gabby tried to defend Arianna, calling herself a fan, but Stone didn’t flinch. The message was loud and clear—if you’re not someone he personally deems valuable, don’t expect a spot under his regime.
This latest revelation only adds fuel to an already personal feud. Santino Marella has vowed to “mangle” Stone if his back holds up, but with so much on the line, this is now about more than just pride or legacy—it’s about control over an entire company’s future.
TNA Against All Odds goes down tonight, and this could be the last time either man appears in a TNA ring depending on the outcome. Will Santino silence Stone and keep his daughter’s future open—or will Stone start his reign by cutting the roster to shreds?
